Jabber + MySQL on Linux !
It was a tuf time installing Jabber on a Linux box. Got many db errors, finally installed the following and got it working....!
MyODBC
LibIOdbc (libiodbc)
unixODBC and
MySQL-shared*
Even though i love open source for no reason, I got to tell you the below.....
Microsoft products are really easy to use even if they have bugs.... ! (Experience speaks)
