Chat in UAE, Dubai, KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Chat software are disabled on most corporate networks, still if you need to chat with your loved and dear once..., here you go....
Google has come out with a mail service called gmail, they have a web based chat interface. So this will be a good option for those staying in Middle east.
1) Create a gmail account, if you cant - i can send you the invitation.
2) Add your friend, dear one (they also should have a gmail account to chat)
